There are a couple of possible answers to this one...

You've uploaded a picture, but not set it as your profile picture.  Click on the option to indicate which of your pictures is your profile picture, and then hit the save changes button.

If you've uploaded and set a profile picture for your 'Angelic' profile, then make sure that the picture has been approved by the site moderators — until it has been, it won't appear on the site.  Alternatively, if you're in 'Devil' mode, make sure you've uploaded a profile picture to your 'Angelic' profile as well as your 'Devilish' profile — as we only show angelic pictures to angelic members!
